2025 Classes and Workshops

Gentle Mixed Hatha
These classes are a gentle blend of flow and stillness to relax your body for a meditative refresher.
Regular class schedule resumes on Sept 2, 2025
Zoom classes are held Tuesday mornings from 9 - 10:30. In-Person classes are Thursdays from 9 - 10:30, 11 - 12:30., and 4 - 5:30 pm.
$120 for 8 weeks
($220.00 for 8 weeks if you are registering for 2 ninety minute classes per week)
Summer Only: Classes are held on Thursdays at 4 pm from July 10 - Aug 28, 2025. These classes may be registered for or are available for drop in where space allows. (Please CONTACT for more details.)

Gentle Modified Practice
Body awareness is instilled through gentle joint movements and yoga postures, many of which are practiced on chairs. These classes are designed for people who may have mobility issues due to injury, illness, or age related conditions. Zoom classes are offered Tuesdays from 1:30 - 3 pm. In-Person classes are held on Thursdays from 1:30 - 3 pm.
$120 for 8 weeks
($220.00 for 8 weeks if you are registering for 2 ninety minute classes per week)

Breathe, Pray, Love
Enjoy a 30 minute refresher to release the stresses of the day and remind oneself to be present in all that Life offers. This class shares some simple breathing practices combined with mindful intention towards loving kindness. Thursdays from 3:15 - 3:45 pm
$40 for 8 weeks

Lets talk if you would like to have me share a yoga workshop with you and your friends. I have a few ideas brewing at the moment and will update as soon as I have more to tell you.
How to Register for Yoga
Please fill in the form on this page to let me know which class(es) you plan to attend. Note that In-Person class sizes are limited to 10 students. Payment will either be in person or via e-transfer. I will confirm your registration and the total amount payable by email. Once you are registered, I will need a current waiver ONLY if you are new to the IN-PERSON class. You can either download the waiver to scan and email back to me (hiddenmessages.ca@gmail.com), or you can fill it in to bring in person. If you need a copy of the waiver form, please let me know and I can arrange that for you.
